You can choose either to send it to an address of your choice or to our Sonic Pro The Vivocity Store for collection.

Standard delivery service - $8.90 (FREE for orders over S$89)

 

Arrival time

Click & Collect: 3 hours after your payment has been confirmed 
Home Delivery: Standard home delivery takes 3-5 working days

 

International delivery

We do not offer international delivery at the moment.

Home delivery process

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once the item is on the way to you, our third-party logistics agent will send you a text message to inform you of your delivery.

 

Click & Collect process

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Regardless of your chosen date of collection, your order will be ready for collection 3 hours after the order. To collect your order, you may proceed to Concierge located at Vivocity digital office, Level 5.

 

 

Collection Proofing Items

You will need to bring along the order confirmation as well as the credit card you used to make the purchase of the order.

 

 

Order Holding Period

For Click & Collect: Your orders will be stored with us for a maximum of 14 days from your payment date. Orders uncollected after the 14th day will be automatically refunded to your mode of payment.
For Home Delivery: Your order amount will be refunded to you after the 3 failed attempts by our logistics partner.
