Returns and Exchange

 

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with price tags intact, and must be complete, including electrical accessories and manuals where applicable. Items that have been laundered or altered

Several types of goods are ineligible for returns/refund including perishable goods such as food, flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, personalised items, special orders, gift vouchers, cosmetics & beauty, perfume, jewellery, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

SONIC PRO only accepts store returns in the flagship store, Robinsons The Heeren.

SONIC PRO will accept requests for returns/refund of regular priced product within 30 days* from the date of order.

All successful requests for returns/refunds will be refunded and credited without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.* We will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges should your order falls below the minimum qualifier for free delivery. B(ii) EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS:

SONIC PRO will accept requests for exchange of product within 30 days* from the date of order.

SONIC PRO do not accept exchanges of products online. All requests for exchanges will have to be made in our flagship store, Sonic Pro at Vivocity. Should the relevant item be out of stock and customer is not agreeable to other alternatives offered, SONIC PRO will proceed to refund the customer’s credit card in accordance with the procedure for requests for refunds.

For ‘Click & Collect’ orders: SONIC PRO will hold any ‘Click & Collect’ order product for a maximum of 14 days from the date of order, following which SONIC PRO may, in its sole discretion, deem your order cancelled and credit the refund without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.
